Viji Saravanan has over 20 years of experience in the field of Montessori education. Starting her journey at Columbia Montessori Children's House, she quickly fell in love with the method and the approach to teaching that is concrete and lays a strong foundation for children. Mentored by respected educators, Ms. Cheryl Spencer and Ms. Nilmani, Viji understands the importance of quality education for every child, regardless of background. With a passion for the Montessori method and a commitment to treating every child with dignity and respect, Viji has dedicated her career to preparing children to be independent, confident, and content individuals. As a part of the mission of Cayce Montessori School, Viji strives to empower every student to face the world with competence and resilience. Viji is deeply committed to education and mentoring.
